Who should consider exhibiting?
Businesses, service providers, educational organizations, and community partners with products or resources relevant to conference attendees. Participation is subject to review, available space, and final approval.
Booth package and fees
The approved package will identify booth space, furnishings, badges, available services, and fees. No exhibit package is currently offered for purchase.
Products and displays
Prepare a description of the products or services you plan to exhibit. Permitted merchandise, display rules, and venue restrictions will be included in the application.
Certification and licensing
A conference exhibit application and any required organizational licensing are separate processes. The official application will explain the documentation required for your products.
Dates and logistics
Application deadlines, exhibit hours, setup, breakdown, and shipping instructions will be published with the approved exhibitor information.
